Amazon.com

Good afternoon,

Just a short blog today!

One of the ways to make a book more successful is to have feedback posted on Amazon.com.

Even if you did not buy a book on Amazon.com but on another site, if you have an Amazon.com account you can go on and post a comment.

So today I am asking for you to do this if you haven’t already.

Also if you have read Through the Fire and enjoyed it, please tell your friends to pick up a copy.

Remember that it is available as a hard cover, paperback and eBook via Amazon.com, Barnesandnoble.com and via my website rajlowenstein.com.

Thanks… and keep reading!

Nobody will ever deprive the American people of the right to vote except the American people themselves and the only way they could do this is by not voting. Franklin D. Roosevelt

This is not about politics; it’s about creativity.

I am taking a class this week.  It a foreign language class.  We started the class with a “visualization” exercise.

As I was following along – sort of hard to do for a deaf person even with all the available technology – I was thinking what a wonderful tool to have not only for the times when I have trouble getting motivated to write, but with being healthy.

I am a Weight Watcher’s person.  They focus on goals – setting them, following through on them and also how to get back on track/plan/goal when you have those moments when you stray and attack a tub of Mango Ice Cream!

Writing is like that as well.  I have a goal.  As you know I am working on a Trilogy.  I am half way there, but like most people, I am not just an author.  I am a wife and a mother.  I have a job and a house to keep – my husband helps – so sometimes keeping my focus is difficult.

Therefore this week, I will not be distracted by the fiasco of American Politics.  I have already cast my ballot, all is left is to wait and see.

Writing about Cat, Esperanza and Olli Rose in the FBI Trilogy helps keep me grounded when all else seems to be tossed up into the air.

Remember to read…and to vote!
